The first day of Preschool of the Arts for the 2008-2009 school year is August 25. The program is an exciting opportunity for families with young children to experience "Extraordinary Education for the price of ordinary child care"!
The program will kick off with a Barbecue on August 20 in Tolland and August 21 in Ellington from 6-7:30 p.m. for all the families whose children attended during the summer session and all the families who will have children attending in the fall.
Our program offers opportunities for daily music classes, art classes and a weekly movement/dance class taught by professionally trained teachers in these specialized area for no extra cost. In addition, Preschool of the Arts presents typical curricular areas of literature, math, science, and writing that are developmentally appropriate for each age group.
